Dream

At the crossroads of history and innovation, the vision for Westbridge Hotel was to sensitively restore a 17th-century public house nestled within the iconic London 2012 Olympic Park. The project sought to celebrate the site’s rich Anglo-Saxon heritage whilst evolving it into a state-of-the-art hospitality venue, marrying tradition with the demands of modern travellers seeking luxury, sustainability, and connectivity.

Design

The development carefully preserves original Anglo-Saxon architectural elements, combining them with a striking modern rear extension featuring cutting-edge hospitality design. Boasting 81 en-suite rooms, a fine dining restaurant, gymnasium, meeting rooms, and a sauna, the hotel delivers an elevated guest experience. Sustainable innovations include advanced insulation, acoustic walls and floors, smart lighting systems, rainwater harvesting, and solar panels—ensuring environmental responsibility alongside comfort. The restoration harmoniously retains traditional character while integrating 21st-century conveniences.
