Designed by Stitch Architects and realised by CMT, the development comprises two elegant blocks arranged around a tranquil central courtyard. The scheme introduces a rich and varied landscape design, replacing the previous barren site with verdant soft landscaping and private amenity spaces. From the secure gated entrance on Tamworth Place, residents experience a seamless transition into communal gardens and dedicated play areas, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere.
The project has successfully re-established Tamworth Place’s street presence, restoring architectural dignity to this cherished part of Croydon’s conservation zone. With a focus on high-quality craftsmanship and sensitive design, CMT has delivered a distinctive residential development that blends heritage conservation with modern living standards—providing an enviable address for families and professionals alike.
