Designed by the esteemed Doone Silver Kerr Ltd, the development features twenty thoughtfully crafted micro-studios constructed from repurposed 30-foot prefabricated shipping containers. The five-storey structure harmoniously integrates with its surroundings, while the ground-floor café-restaurant celebrates the area’s independent, artistic spirit. This modular approach not only expedites construction but also facilitates future recycling, exemplifying environmental responsibility.
CMT Construction expertly realised this ambitious vision, delivering a cutting-edge hospitality venue that combines innovation with comfort.
