Dream

Set on the historic site of the former Cunard/Broadwest Film Studio (1914–1921), one of Britain’s pioneering film production houses, the vision for Picture House Apartments was to create a residential and commercial development that reverently celebrates this rich cinematic heritage while catering to modern urban living demands.

Design

Conceptualised by Brooks Murray Architects, the project comprises 36 premium residential units across three blocks, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments and houses. The front block elegantly rises four storeys above bespoke commercial units, whilst the rear block ascends to eight storeys, featuring a beautifully landscaped communal terrace on the sixth floor. The architectural language gracefully fuses historical context with contemporary detailing.
