In response to local authority enforcement, the client entrusted CMT Construction with a new vision: to restore, enhance, and reimagine the building into a mixed-use development that would honour its history while delivering contemporary living and commercial functionality.
CMT’s in-house team led a comprehensive design-and-build solution, reinstating the listed architectural elements with meticulous care. The final scheme comprises eight luxury residential flats atop a ground and basement commercial unit, resulting in a refined composition that respects heritage while offering modern appeal. Premium finishes, high-spec interiors, and a thoughtfully unified façade reflect a commitment to both tradition and innovation.
