Delivered by CMT Construction, the scheme comprises a 116-bedroom hotel complete with a restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness centre, and indulgent spa facilities. The project involves the sensitive conversion of an existing B1/D1 office space, coupled with a new-build extension, enabling a seamless blend of restored heritage and contemporary architecture. The internal and external refurbishments are being meticulously planned to create a timeless aesthetic with functionality at its core. The design remains in development, with construction due to commence by late summer.
